We are a quantity surveying and dispute resolution firm with over 150 years’ combined experience in the construction industry. We provide quantity surveying services to main contractors, specialist subcontractors, and law firms within the construction industry. We’re passionate about improving your business performance and resolving your issues.

We’re regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and we have an extensive team of professionals solving issues across all sectors of the industry. We have been involved in projects ranging from £5m to £1bn and disputes ranging from £100k to £80m.

We are headquartered in Leeds and have operations throughout the UK, Central Europe, Australia and New Zealand. As part of our growth plans, we will be expanding into markets in North America, South East Asia and the Middle East.

Our founder, Tom Haley, established Quantik in 2020 after gaining 20 years experience handling quantity surveying matters in the construction industry. He started as a trainee QS and progressed to commercial leadership roles responsible for major construction projects and business units at Laing O'Rourke. In that period, he operated in their main contracting, specialist subcontractor and specialist manufacturing businesses in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia.

As a client who commissioned quantity surveying and construction claims services, he experienced your concerns and challenges first-hand. He wants to use that experience to provide quantity surveying services to a level which is unprecedented in the construction industry. One where there is ownership of your issues and someone who cares about your problems and the outcome as deeply as you do.

At the core of that motivation is his passion for the role data science will play in advancing the quantity surveying profession. He recognises that there is an opportunity to transform the way quantity surveying services are delivered by combining traditional quantity surveying practices with advanced data science methods.
