Presentation on Valuation Matters.

Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of visiting the Walker Morris LLP construction and engineering team at their Leeds office to deliver a presentation on valuation matters.

We used a couple of our recently completed projects, one with a prolongation valuation and the other with an acceleration valuation, to explore some of the practical valuation challenges and provide some tips and guidance to their team. The presentation opened up discussion about common issues and how we can work together to solve those issues.

Our presentation was a reciprocation of a presentation delivered by Carly Thorpe, Andrew Dixon, and Jonathan Coser, from the Walker Morris construction and engineering team, focused on case law relevant to quantum experts and provided some key takeaways for the team. This was well received by our team, who are always looking for ways to improve the robustness of their valuations.
