The Lighthouse Charity's Yorkshire Spring Ball

Thank you to Dan Newton for inviting me to join Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber at the The Lighthouse Charity's Yorkshire Spring Ball last night.

The The Lighthouse Charity is walking the walk when it comes to doing the right thing, by offering free and confidential support and advice on a variety of wellbeing issues to anyone working in the construction industry.

This is an invaluable service because, according to data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), workers in construction are nearly four times more likely to die by suicide than in any other sector.
